CHROMATIC

Despite the remote communication with a couple of customers when we started working on the project, our relationship has always been warm and full of intimacy. They know about our approach to work and trust us, they can boldly express their wishes and share their dreams for the project.

We carefully and lovingly design spaces to create the integrity of the property. We create and design the dreams of each of the residents of the future home. That's why we created the interior of CHROMATIC with great love and thought through every corner of the apartment. For example, we created a dividing wall between the closet and social space, which allowed us to isolate areas and create privacy. Thus, the changes in the layout were aimed at the conversion of the hallway into a checkroom, visually integrated with the kitchen-living room, but capable of being a separate unit. Also the non-isolation of the kitchen-dining room added to our greater connection with the living room. The clients appreciate cooking and like to do it while maintaining a connection to the dynamics of the house.

The new layout represents, on the one hand, a freestanding kitchen island with a large stone worktop and, on the other hand, a bar counter and storage system. In order to integrate the storage system into the kitchen space, we designed the built-in part of the kitchen as a single monolithic solid-colored structure. Special attention was paid to the selection of the upholstered group, whose comfort during long stays was a priority for the customers.

Thus, structural alterations, demolition of walls and layout changes were intended to create enclosed spaces for privacy and open spaces for socializing.

The interior is prevalent in the visual neutrality of the materials that are the highlight of the project: tiles. Predominantly dark in tone, its covers long surfaces - the faces of the wall between the living room and the hallway, part of the walls, the extensive podium structure located in the nursery - and have a special division with rhythmic inserts of graphite shade. Also in the project are predominantly bright colors and elements that incipients the story of the common atmosphere.

Each bedroom is highlighted by custom-made modular sofas and beds, creating different social spaces. Also integrated into each bedroom is a work nook, full of amenities and storage.

The redevelopment of the bathrooms was delicate but impressive, with a built-in bathtub and repositioning of the installation, and the lighting is complemented by spotlights done in equal sequence. Cast microcement floors and walls set the integrity of the space, which is an integral part of the entire apartment. The choice to locate the shower system in an open space was part of an experiment that was successfully realized and is already pleasing our customers.
